DVD Menu Studio and DVDMaestro issues

Hi,

I wanted to give DMS a try and I found out it works great with DVDM for still menus but not at all for motion menus.

Basically I got a background layer for the text and a sub-pic for the links (buttons). Problem is, I found out I can only use one sub-pic in DVDM so my menu looks very weird when I import my sub-pic over my motion background in DVDM.

According to DMS web site, you can create a motion menu by using a still from your motion menu as a reference. I did that as well but it didn't work. Am I doing something wrong? Did anyone else try to create a motion menu with DMS and DVDM?

That's the only thing I can't figure out in DVDM: you can do awesome things, but concerning the menus, it seems like the motion background and the text layer have to be "rendered" together. Is there a relatively fast way to do that?
