  1. Ok, so I went to back up my DVD with CCE, I prepared all the files and everything that I needed, and proceeded to begin with everything...

But I don't know why, I decided to open up CCE, instead of pushing encode with Rebuilder, and I encoded everything that way.

It took a long time, but eventually it encoded everything... but I since I missed the encode process with Rebuilder, I can seem to be able to push the "Rebuild" button...

Any tips on how to get around this? I'd hate to do it all over again...

I just got DVD-RB and CCE Basic and set it up on two pc's here because it takes for fricking ever, 3 out of 6 movies have come out over 6 gigs in size kinda hard to fit that on a DVD-5. Kinda funny the same movies worked just fine with DVDShrink 3.2 and didnt take near as long.
I'm guessing you were using OPV. That generally results in unaccurate file sizes, if not, I'm sorry for making this assumption. Also CCE is a encoder, not a transcoder. That's while it takes longer than DVDshrink.

To the OP: sorry about your predictament. All I can offer is my pity on time wasted.
    Blah, blah, blah
