  1. I've been trying to frameserve an avi to CCE with no luck and it seems to be due to the mp3 audio track it has. Is the a way to remove the audio (demux it) so I could try to load it in avisynth or v-dub with only the video?

    I don't know whether you'd call it "demuxing" per se but you can definitely separate the audio from the video using VirtualDub.

    AUDIO:
    Load the AVI, go to audio > Full Processing then goto audio > Compression and select PCM(no compression). Then goto file > Save as WAV.

    VIDEO:
    Load the AVI, go to audio > No Audio then goto video > Direct Stream Copy. Then goto File > Save as AVI.

    THis will give you an AVI that is just video and a WAV file for your audio.
