  1. Some of the frames in my clip does not run smoothly.
    Further Would the quality reduce if I copy the VCD(converted eariler from VHS) to my Hard Disk then edit and again burn another CD?
    I burnt it using SVCD setting on a CD but though my VCD shows Playing it is not seen on my VCD? Do we have a separate CDformat for SVCD?
    Would u please let me know how to encode without using Adobe Enocoder. I want to encode and burn using TMPGenc.

    If by editing you mean simple cutting and splicing, then no, the quality will not be affected at all.

    Do we have a separate CDformat for SVCD?
    Yes, VCD and SVCD are different formats.

    I want to encode and burn using TMPGenc.
    TMPGEnc will only encode, not burn. Lots of guides here.
