Some of the frames in my clip does not run smoothly.
Further Would the quality reduce if I copy the VCD(converted eariler from VHS) to my Hard Disk then edit and again burn another CD?
I burnt it using SVCD setting on a CD but though my VCD shows Playing it is not seen on my VCD? Do we have a separate CDformat for SVCD?
Would u please let me know how to encode without using Adobe Enocoder. I want to encode and burn using TMPGenc.

If by editing you mean simple cutting and splicing, then no, the quality will not be affected at all.Originally Posted by akumar

TMPGEnc will only encode, not burn. Lots of guides here.I want to encode and burn using TMPGenc."Art is making something out of nothing and selling it." - Frank Zappa
