How do I convert either a wav or mp3 frame rate.
I can`t figure out how to convert it in besweet and when I try the wizard it always pops up a blank notepad before it will convert. What do I do with the notepad in the wizard?
I have converted my video from 23.976fps to 25fps and I need to do the same with the audio. If there is a better option than besweet can someone point me in the right direction?

Audio doesn't have a frame rate, it has a duration. If you have converted you avi to 25fps, then you need to shrink your audio to match the new length. Sound Forge or Audition can do this with little distortion. There are probably other apps that can as well.

How do you get wavworks to run? There are a lot of class files(never seen these before!) plus one .mf file.
I installed JRE so what now?? -
Did you read the instructions on the site? You shouldn't have a lot of .class files - you should have one .jar file. On my system, I can start it by doubleclicking on the .jar (just as the docs says), but WinZip and other unzippers often steal the .jar extension (just because it's in fact a ZIP archive) and starts unzipping it instead.
If so, you can start it from the command line with:
Code:java -jar WavWorks14.jar
