burning cue files

just burned a file in nero>recorder, played the film but it's in letter box format is there any way of changing the picture format?

Basically you have to cut off the sides and re-size it, then re-encode it.

Alternately you can tell your player to do Pan-Scan, you will lose the sides. If it's Anamorphic you will lose about 1/2 the video (if you player goes 4:3) or 1/4 of the video (if you get a smaller letterbox). This all assumes your player can do Pan-Scan on the fly (most jsut do a fixed shrinkage, not the dynamic moving of the viewed area).
