    the topic says it all. Storm of the century is 2 sided, how do you burn that to one disc?

    Yeah this has been covered (there are guides to the left under DVD Rip). But you really should think about this some more. That's a DVD-18 disc (dual layer, dual sided) so it could have s much as 17GB of data on it.

    Compressing that to 4.7GB is going to cause a quaility hit (even if you resize to 352x480). Plus you CAN NOT keep the original menus unless you re-author the entire DVD. Might be better to spend the extra $1 and use two DVDR discs for the backup..
