I exclusively use the new DVDSHRINK 3.1 (great great product) in conjunction with Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD for buring and have 100% success. I have a 2 sided DVD (Goodfellas) that I would like to burn to one DVDR. Before compression just the move total's about 6.5G so with some compression I should be fine.
I first ripped side A with DVDShrink and marked the box for dvdshrink to automatically create the VIDEO_TS and the AUDIO_TS folders. When I do side B I uncheck that box and attempt to save the ripped files in the newly created VIDEO_TS folder but receive and error as follow:
The folder you have specified already contains DVD files. DVD Shrink requires these files be deleted before you continue. Delete files now???
Question is, does anyone know of another method? Can I save the files to another folder, delete the second .ifo file and BUP file and rename the .VOB files (i.e, VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB to same but change the _1 and _2 and _ 3 to _5 _ 6 _7 etc.. which is where side A left off)???
Any help would be much appreciated. Dave
