    Used Nero to burn a mpeg into vcd and tried to play on my dvd player, picture is fine but the sound is gone? Help?

    I have the same problem... both systems, sony dvd sv7000 and my 'puter are compatiple.. but when i play the avi the sound is fine, but after burning with nero, the sound wont work on on the sony.. i have bought several vcd's and they play fine, but i have burnt twice and cant get sound on either copy... i am using cheap media, could that be it?? I have some better ones but dont want to waste them if it isnt going to fix the problem..
