    How do I find out if my DVD player is compatiable with DVD +R ot DVD -R. I need to convert my VCR tapes to DVD format? If my player is not compatibale with DVD+R then I need return the DVD+R drive. (My friend gave me this drive for free.)

    Any help would be appreciated.
