I/O error usinf DVD Decryptor

Can any tell me how to fix the following (see attached) error using DVD Decryptor the beginning of its burn process.

Steps:
1. DVD Shrink,
2. then IMG tool
3. then DVD Decryptor

Once DVD Dcrytor begins it will buffer to 100% then will the write retry will count to 20 sec, then the error will popup, so I click retry, then another 20 secs counts, then error, then retry. only then will the DVD start to burn. Any help would be appreciated.

We need more info:What does the DVDDecrypter error say?Are you using the latest version of DVDDecrypter?Have you enabled DMA in Device Manager?

I attacheded the error message and I reviewed the thread you had in your reply. The instructions do not apply to WIN XP, can you help? I've at least made the changes in DVD Decryptor but still no change.
