  1. When I use MaestroSBT for subtitling an .mpg file when I press styles button there is nothing on the list. On the first time when I used the program there was "default", but now it's gone.
I tried to re-install the program but it didn't help.

How can I edit styles? I can't even make a new style to the list.

sorry for brief descriptions but I'm in hurry.

  2. Make sure the ssa file you open with MaestroSBT has this sequence at the beggining:

    [V4 Styles]
Format: Name, Fontname, Fontsize, PrimaryColour, SecondaryColour, TertiaryColour, BackColour, Bold, Italic, BorderStyle, Outline, Shadow, Alignment, MarginL, MarginR, MarginV, AlphaLevel, Encoding
    Style: Default,Arial,20,65535,65535,65535,-2147483640,-1,0,1,3,0,2,30,30,30,0,0

The styles are usually setup in SubStation Alpha. All the MaestroSBT program does is show you what styles SSA has embedded in its output file.

    Thanks this solved the problem!
I had this in my *.ssa file that I created with DirectVobSub

    [V4 Styles]
Format: Name, Fontname, Fontsize, PrimaryColour, SecondaryColour, TertiaryColour, BackColour, Bold, Italic, BorderStyle, Outline, Shadow, Alignment, MarginL, MarginR, MarginV, AlphaLevel, Encoding
    Style: Default,Arial,18,&Hffffff,&H00ffff,&H000000,&H0000 00,-1,0,1,2,3,2,20,20,20,0,1

So I changed this with the one you posted and it worked.
    Thanks!
