Hello all,
I am working on a question-answer video with several interviewees and I need to put their names as titles in the video.
I finished the title with a nice lay-out for the first person and wanted to copy this for the next person so I only had to adjust the name.
However, after I did this and changed the second name, the first one changed as well (and vice versa).
This is very annoying, because I dont want to be making the same lay-out over and over again. Is there a way to copy text lay-out and being able to change them separately? I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 8.
Thanks, it would save me a lot of time if anyone can help me.
Myr

Hi
I don't have Elements 8 but I do have Premiere Pro CS4.
You can try the following: Edit the title and when the titler window opens, look in the upper icons for one that says "New title based on current title." My icon is on the upper left and looks like a filmstrip with a letter T on it. Click on it, name the title and then make the changes. When you exit out of the titler you'll have a new title based on the original.
