    Any suggestions please. When I use DVD Decrypter to make a copy of a DVD it reads the DVD fine lets me select where I want to save it but when I hit the button to start decrypting the log starts its business and says "extracting ..." but then it tells me "waiting for device to become ready". I have used the same method before as I am using now and the dvd copied fine, but now I have this problem. Can anyone help with this please. Thanx

    You could start playing the DVD in PowerDVD or WinDVD before ripping.

    I have tried that but still no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled too, but for some reason I just can't get it to budge. Any more suggestions please.
