Burning a VIDEO_TS to DVD-R

i have downloaded a working VIDEO_TS from the internet, whats the best program and way to burn it?

I usually use Nero 5.5.10.42, then do a UDF/ISO (bottom on the list), drag the VIDEO_TS folder and create an AUDIO_TS folder too.

Is the correct format UDF/ISO or should i be using something else.

Or can i create an ISO from the VIDEO_TS and then just burn an image via Nero, whats the best program then to use.

Best program i've used to burn dvd's is Stomp RecordNow Max. ImgTools (freeware) also works for me.
