Basically how do I encode an 2.35:1 anamorphic and keep it 2.35:1 anamorphic.Meaning, minus those grey bars.
Is there any encoding software out there that is specifically used for the creation of anamorphic dvd?
I usually use tmpgenc>DVDmaestro
I don't want to use the crop solution.

DVD's only support 16:9 anamorphic or 4:3.
This means there will be bars, but much smaller than what is normally seen on a 4:3 TV set. You cannot get rid of the bars completly without removing part of the side of the image.
So you want to take a 16:9 anamorphic DVD of a 2.35 movies and keep it 16:9.... yes?
