VobEdit - What am I doing wrong???

OK - I've got some home footage on two DVDs that will fit onto one DVDR without any compression. I want to join them without demuxing because the chapter points are already set.

I've obtained the vobs and renamed them so that they are sequential:



When I try to join them as per the guide and save the new vobs to a new folder, I get as far as:



click OK, and then nothing. zip, squat, zilch.

What am I doing wrong???

Sorry, but can someone help? It would save hours of re-encoding.

name them VTS_01_001, VTS_01_002,VTS_01_003 etc.
