Hi,
I've been using TMPGEnc for a while now to encode my video and audio to MPEG 2 with a lot of success. I have through been reading that it's better not to use TMPGEnc for encoding the audio bit.
My question is if I extract the audio from the AVI into a wav format, do I need to anything else with it to then import it into IfoEdit when I produce my DVD?
I've looked around the various sites and in my view, I have found not too much on this subject. I would appriciate any help.
Thanks,
Andy.

I think you can use wav in ifoedit but I don't know what the output audio would be after you author the movie. Or, you could always convert wav to ac3 with besweet and use that in ifoedit. Great besweet guide from the guides section https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/129419.php
