    I'm having trouble converting a DivX avi of the Matrix with 25fps to mpg2 23.9
    I tried using MainConcept (which I really like), but during the action scenes, the actors movments aren't fluid. The motion slows down.
    Any ideas? I want to use a program that allows me customize my output (like MainConcept).

    I've not used Mainconcept (Yet), but I know in TMPG the VBR setting pretty much takes care of all that action stuff by assigning bitrate where It's needed and throttling back where It's not, might be worth a try......or does Mainconcept do that also?
