I am not sure what you have done.
First: A ripper rips all audio tracks. Did you rip the DVD Vob's at once? Did you create a WAV file with DVD2AVI? If you have created a WAV file, did you do this at once?

I've got the same pb.
I did exactly the same using smartripper setting:key check every vob file, file splitting every vob file, options:create file list, unlock drive, demacro vision, copy ifo file, create index file, create info file, vob file access normal or aspi...
Then I use DVD2AVI which gathers all the vob files and split audio and video.
Then I use TMPGEnc to create the VCD but I remarqued that file sound is in English...
I'm French and I'd prefer in French.
Don't know what's wrong.
Please help me.
Thanks -
Select a different audio track in dvd2avi!
Have a look at Smartripper's INFO file to select the one you need. -
I had the same problem with smartripper. I went to the "Stream Processing" tab and checked "Enable Stream Processing" and checked "Video NTSC" and one of the languages.
