Changing audio

Hi,

I ripped a move, but I want to change the audio of one of the VOB files with a separate WAV file. How can I do this then use Tmpeg to convert it to a VCD?

on VIDEO, click on the filename where it was saved, and
on AUDIO, click on the filename where it was saved, and
on OUTPUT, save it to wherever you want, then configure and hit ENCODE. hope this helps.
