Well it all started when i encoded a NTSC DVD to a PAL format but leaving the framerate the same using the option in TMPGEnc but still find that i have to downsample the sound from NTSC to PAL to keep in sync with the video, which i dint think would need doing?? if keeping the oiginal framerate.
Another thing is, this wouldnt be a problem at all if all the audio didnt sound muffled, and Really slowed down, i know its because of the conversion but i just wondered if i have gone wrong somewhere to stop this from happening :/
