Hi all,
can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to downsample H.264 files and segment them by chapter? I have a bunch of video encoded for AppleTV that I want to port to my iPod. The tool can be for windows or mac. Searches have left me more confused and I don't want to download dozens of tools...
