If I capture using MPEG1, then convert to RAW AVI with VDUB will I lose video quality?
For some reason I cannot just simply capture in raw avi. I get a message saying "the pins are not connected"
Supposedly its a direct draw problem, but I have never had this issue until I installed a new video card. Its not drivers either... (well it might be)
anyway, if you could help with either question, I will smile.
thanks

MPEG1 quality is limited to 320x288 (progressive). It most definately sounds like drivers. I suggest looking for correct/new drivers. Also, check your DirectX version, some drivers are not compatable with DirectX 9.
