I have Gainward Geforce 2 MX and i want some instructions as its my first time what cables should i get and how to i go about starting the process and capturing my VHS tapes into my hard drive......

Can you tell us about the capabilities & connectors on your card? There are so many cards that it makes it difficult to know them all. Also what capture softwear came with the card?
I also say this because some cards have video out and some people mistakenly think it is a video input.Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin' -
Well its a CardeXpert Gainward Geforce 2 MX 400 and it has a port called TV out and the next one is a connector for my monitor and that is all that is there.So in fact there are two port one for the monitor and another called TV OUT......I dont know what cables to get and what to do next.
