    TMPGEnc Plus 2.51 do not let me adjust bitrate.
    I use project wizard but can not adjust the bitrate to fix my desire file size.
    It was work before. Anyone know how can I fix it.

    you need to make your own template. then you can adjust the birate. not sure why they did that for it was just fine the way it was. but thats what you need to do.

    First select a template, then Click Load->extra->unlock, you should be able to change the bitrate in Setting now.
