  1. I have figured out how to join a bunch of m2v files together for use as one long track but I still have not been able to find a solution to join the corresponding ac3 files together.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

    Thanks!

Decode to AIFF, join AIFF in QT, reencode to AC3.
I like systems, their application excepted. (George Sand, translated from French), "J'aime beaucoup les systèmes, le cas d'application excepté."

No, if you use APack to decode it, you can choose either stereo or all 6 channels (if available).
