How to success burn XVCD with Nero?

I have hardware mpeg encoder card, in manual tell me that can make this mpeg 1 file in VCD1.0 video quality
I try to encode mpeg 1 with
-video bitrate 2400 kbps ,352*288 25fps PAL
-audio bitrate 224 kbps ,44100 Hz
This mpeg file can play fine
After I use Nero 5.5.4.0 to burn it
I deactive "complin standard CD"
In nero window does not show "duration" of mpeg file
And i burn it success
But My XVCD can not play on my PC with powerdvd,windd,media player and ...
What wrong with Me!

My system
Pioneer dvd 10x
PIII 550 ram 128MB
Hd 20 Gb 7200rpm

Sounds like a region problem to me. What country are you in?
If the PAL/NTSC setting is the problem, DVD Genie, or DVD Region Killer (http://www.tweakfiles.com/) should solve the problem.
