Sorry if this is the wrong place for this.....mods if this belongs in the media forum, please move it.
Every MAXELL DVD-R that I burn a movie to stutters occasionally. I bought some Ritek DVD-R's and now my stuttering is gone gone gone. Jumping to conclusions, the maxell media sucks, Ritek working %100.
So if I was to make am image file from the Maxell disc and burn it to the Ritek, will it no longer stutter?

as long as your dvd-rom drive or dvd-rw writer can read the maxell disks without any read errors, you should be able to make a good digital copy to the ritek.
