hey i was wondering if it is possible to take completely standard VCD mpgs and put them on a DVD-R somehow without losing quality or reencoding? They are 23.976 fps so im not sure how that works anyways if it is give me a link to a guide or something otherwise im up for suggestions on another approach.

23.976 is not really standard. Most DVD Players will play them, but I thought I would clear that up. BTW Standerd is 29.976. Again btw, these are NTSC standards. If only the whole world would go PAL (25fps). To bad I live in an NTSC country.
