  1. Hello all...

I just tried VirtualDubVCR from virtualdub.net today, and it seems to be exactly what I'm looking for, EXCEPT...

It doesn't seem to support tuner control on WDM drivers. I'm using the btwincap drivers on my WinTV Go, bt878 chipset.

So...any ideas on how to set the TV tuner to the appropriate channel automatically? This program has a nice timer feature, but it doesn't help you much if you can't select the channel, or composite source, in the timer dialogs.

This doesn't necessarily apply to the modified VirtualDub only. It could come in handy with AVI_IO as well.

    Thanks,
    Dale

  2. I guess you need a Tuner application to set the chanels, you might wanna try ChrisTV and use it in the background.
