  1. Hi, Trying to create Vcd/Svcd by following the guides on this site but falling down at the first hurdle. I'm sure I've followed the instructions properly, but every time I try to extract the audio using Virtualdub I get the error message 'the requested audio file is not compatible with the input format. Check the sampling rate and channel count....ect '
    I've installed the nimo codec pack and tried several different divx files and also xvid files.
    What am I doing wrong?????
    Please help!!!

    Use HeadAC3he to convert the audio to wave. See the Tools section at left. Also, remember to use the Search function before posting. It may save you some time. It is how I found your answer.
