    I use BeSweetGUI0.6b66 to convert mp2 file with samping rate 44.1 KHz - 224Kbits bitrate TO 48KHz with 224Kbits bitrate unchanged.
    I need only to convert sampling rate to 48KHz for DVD. I set the settings correctly and I get the mp2 file with 128Kbits bitrate! Where do I check for the settings that might be incorrectly set by default or something like that? Please advice some actions.

    vinchi007 - i think you'll have to give a little more detail of what settings you're using for anyone to be able to help.

    BeSweet has a lot of different settings & options - we can't guess what you think are the right ones, and then tell you if they're not!
