Hello everyone I downloaded a divx movie and when it moves fast action it has these horizontal lines in it. And ive never seen this with older divx movies I think its a newer divx codec not sure. whats causing this and how can I get the lines off even if it means recoding it someway thx.

It's probably XviD as XviD supports Interlacing.
