Dark Horizontal Lines

Wondering if anyone can advise on what may be causing these dark horizontal lines coming from my Panasonic AG-1980? I have cleaned the heads and tape path with 99% isopropyl. There was some minor dirt, but nothing that seemed really bad. The cleaning does not seem to have corrected the problem. Regards.

You might want to clean your Panasonic AG-1980, my guess would be that the playback heads aren't clean,...

Are those lines static, or do they move across the picture like a haze?

I had this same thing with my 1980 after I cleaned it with 99%, buy a brand new blank VHS tape, and play it 3 or 4 times the whole way through. That worked for me.
