Subtitle problems after vcdhelp tutorial

1. When I try convering my .sub with SUB2SSA, I get the message"file is not in any supported format". I tryed with another .sub file with same result.

2. TMPGEnc:when I try opening the file saved with Frame Server(still not stopped serving), I get this message:
"(filename) can not open, or unsopported" or"illegal stream format".

3.SubTool: when I select a .sub file, I get the message"The selected file is not a subfile(or is an unknown format)"

All other steps works fine.I thought that is something wrong with the .sub file, but it works ok in BSPlayer with the divx.I'm using:
TMPGEnc 2.5(2.59.47.155)
VirtualDub 1.4.13(I tryed also with 1.4.11)
Subtitler - Sub Station Alpha v2.x/4.x subtitling plugin for VirtualDub
SubTool 2.6
SRT to SSA
SUB to SSA
DivX codec 5.0.2
