Aspect ratio problems after authoring with ifoedit

If I rename my newly encoded movie.d2v movie.mpg and play it using windows media player the aspect ratio is exactly the same as the original, however win I author a new dvd with ifoedit the aspect ratio is wrong. Is there any way to set aspect ratio with ifoedit? If not how do I fix this problem wile encoding with TMPGEnc?

Ok I think my problem isn't with ifoedit, its DVD2AVI which I am using to frame serve to TMPEnc. I tried using the DVD2SVCD method and had the same aspect ratio problems. Is there another program i can use instead of DVD2AVI to frame serve to TMPEnc or CCE?
