I burned a backup of Jaws to my hard drive. I used DVD2SVCD, as well as TMPGenc, and Fireburner. Everything seemed to work perfectly. It created two bin/cue files which I burned on "two" seperate" SVCD's. The playback and sound were perfect. I honestly could not tell the difference between DVD and the SVCD. When I just started to get very excited, the DVD all of a sudden just stopped playing about half way through. The time was continuing to elapse on the standalone DVD player and the picture just froze. When I put the second DVD in, the beginning and first few chapters played great, just like the first. But once again, half way through, the same exact thing happened. Both SVCD's are approximately 800 MB in length. Should I of made 3 SVCD'S? Will that fix this problem? I don't want to rip and convert the entire movie again. It took countless hours. If anyone knows, please help so I can fix this. It is very disappointing that everything else worked great and this doesn't.
