    Are there any good TV Capture Cards that can capture excellent quality AVI or even with those Bulit-in MPEG II Encoder. Advise.. I got the PVR-250 but it does not work well with Win2k... Help ?

    Is it that your card doesn't work or that it just that the captures are of poor quality? How much are you willing to spend on a capture device?
