    i have tried with every encoder i have fond but no one word!!!
    what ami doing wrong?

    Most downloaded avi's will be divx format with mpeg3 audio (mp3). Assuming you want to convert to (S)VCD format this should be straightforward using TmpGenc (tho variable bitrate mp3's can cause problems with some Tmpgenc versions).

    I suggest you start reading the Howto guides linked on the left of this page. If still stuck then come back and ask, but a lot more info is needed before any useful answers can be given.
