Conver MKV to AVI with same size and quality. How ?

I'm trying to convert MKV file into AVI with the same size and quality using this programs Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate, Aiseesoft MKV Converter, WinFF and Avidemux but the result is not good at all .

You should be able to do this without re-encoding since the video stream is already Xvid. Extract the video and audio streams of your MKV file with MKVExtractGui and mux them into an AVI container with AVI-Mux Gui.
