I have created DVDs from my home videos. How can I convert the clips back to mpeg2 files and recreate the dvds in a different order or organization on a new DVD?

just use speedripper and rip to streams .. you will have to edit the mpegs
OR
convert the mpeg back to avi and do all you editng in avi and then re-encode
either way will work w/ the correct software
