How to convert DVD back to individual files

There are plenty of guides to convert files to DVD, we want to do the reverse of that.
We have a DVD with six episodes of a series and would like to convert the DVD back into the individual episodes.
Any way to do this.

That's a question? Yes, there are lots of ways. That's what a 5 minute check of the guides would have told you:

Those are the DVD to AVI guides. You said nothing about the output format, so I'm just guessing. My suggestion is to decrypt each episode to the hard drive (DVD Decrypter set for IFO Mode), and then load the IFO (if you need subs) or the VOBs into AutoGK and let it do the job for you.
