JVC XV S42SL DVD PLAYER PROBLEM WITH VIEWING VCD's

Hey guys whats up...i have a dvd player JVC XV S42SL and its supports VCD..and i burn movies using nero 5.5..the problem is that when i go to play it on my dvd player its has hicups/pauses every 10 secs or so and it is really annoying i tried several brands of cd-r's but its the same thing...i was wondering if it is the my computer,nero, or my dvd player..i searched my DVD player here and some comments that i seen were that its a great dvd player and noone has problems but there was one person that said he has the same problem as me and he returned the player...if u guys have the same dvd player or have any suggestions or comments hit me back a reply...thanks

the disks that i have burned play fine on my computer no problems.

Have you tried a different brand of disc or tried burning the discs at a slower speed. How do the discs you've burned play on your PC.
