  1. Ok if i have a SVCD burned onto a CD-R can i get it to a VCD? Please be specific i am not very experienced with this stuff!

    Well yes, it can be done. I don't know if this is the correct way but this what I do.

    I lay out the MPEG2 file into an avi using either Ulead Video Studio or FlaskMPEG, then use TMGEnc.exe to convert it to mpeg1 that allows me to then use VCDEASY to build a bin/cue and burn it for viewing
