TMPGenc Problems

I have problem with this program. I'm trying to encode Divx w/ Ac3 to SVCD but nothing is encoding. It looks like it works but it's not encoding anything. The progress bar goes up but the source position stays at 0 at all times. Does anybody have this problem??
BTW, im encoding Blade 2 DVDrip

if you are useing 2pass vbr then the screen stays black until you get to 50%,then it will start the actual encodeing 8)

im betting your using 2 pass vbr in tmpgenc. You won't see the frame count move untill the project hits 50%. The first 50% of the encoding is basically a scan pass. It evaluates the source for when to give it more bitrate or less ect.

On a side note, if your avi has an ac3 stream, your going to be running into a headac3he.
