  1. Hope someone can help anyway.
I downloaded a dvdrip in avi format. It plays perfect on my computer.
I made a mpeg in TMPGEnc of it. That one plays perfect as well on my computer. But when I burn it with Nero the audio gets out of sync. How can that be?
    Please someone help.

Well if you scanned the movie for bad frames and found none, then I guess its not that. Your only option is to try and save out the sound uncompressed, then you can use this later with TMPGEnc to make the mpeg1

    Vidub
    Video > full processing mode
    Video > Conversion > 44.1Khz
    SAVE WAV

    TMPGEnc
    Browser Video > AVI
    Browse Audio > WAV
    Load VCD Template
    START

  5. My english is not the best, so I don´t know if I understood you correctly. But I´ve made an mpg1, and it plays perfect on my computer (no sync problem at all). But when i burn a vcd of it the sound gets out of sync.

First did you load a VCD Template in TMPGEnc, this sets it up to make a fully compliant VCD, don't change anything.

If you did, then you should try a different brand of CD-R

I am sure there is help in these topics if you read them, and try what's being said.

By the way, just because an mpeg plays on the computer, does not mean it does not have problems.
