I've been trying to use DVD2AVI frameserving, I've done exactly everything written in the guides but it never works, when I load the d2v file in TMPGEnc it says that the file cannot open or unsupported, also, when I'm trying to open the file in the VFAPI converter it just pops up a message like this "???? filename.d2v ??????". Can someone please help me?

see below and go down to the section about changing
VFAPI priority setting.. this seems to be a popular problem
http://www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgenc.htm#problems
ALSO.. make sure you have downloaded, unzipped and installed the
VFAPI files into your tmpgenc directory (each version of
tmpgenc has it's own 2nd zip with these files) -
OK, I installed the correct VFAPI, installed MPEG-2 codec, installed the m2v.vfp for TMPGEnc and still can't open d2v files at all. Anything helpfull?

Change the VFAPI plugin priority setting as suggested. A good one to start with is DVD2AVI Project file plugin. 8)

and if that does not work.. kill tmpgenc and reinstall a new copy
from the net (maybe a new copy of dv2avi too)
