  1. OK, so I captured a video from my Mini-DV cam with Premiere as DV-AVI. That worked fine...so, here's the thing:

    Should I edit it, save it as a DV-AVI again, and then encode it with TMPGEnc to an MEP2 so I can burn it as an SVCD?

    Or...

    Should I convert the "raw" footage first to MEP2 and then edit it, THEN burn it to an SVCD...

    Or does it really bloody matter? What is the best way, in all your opinions?
